• Onsite Support – Call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170 to log a request. An HP engineer will provide NBD onsite assistance.

• Coverage Includes – All hardware components covered under HP’s standard warranty.

• Exclusions – This warranty does not cover:

  • External accessories (monitor, adapter, battery).

  • Cosmetic damages or normal wear and tear.

  • Issues due to misuse, unauthorized service, or third-party repairs.

  • Software issues, malware, or conflicts caused by non-HP products.

• Care Pack Certificate – Issued electronically within 2–3 working days of activation.

• Service Provider – All services delivered directly by HP (the principal company).
