• Exclusions – Warranty does not cover:

  • External accessories (monitor, adapter, battery).

  • Cosmetic damages or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized service, or third-party repairs.

  • Software issues, malware, or conflicts with non-HP products.

• Care Pack Activation – The official HP Care Pack certificate will be issued within 2–3 working days after validation.

• Service Provider – All support and service provided directly by HP (the principal company).
