Terms & Conditions

• Onsite Support – Customers can request support by calling HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. An HP engineer will provide NBD onsite service.

• Coverage Includes – All hardware components included in the standard HP warranty.

• Exclusions – Not covered under this Care Pack:

  • External accessories such as monitor, adapter, or battery.

  • Cosmetic damages or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

  • Software issues, malware, or conflicts from non-HP products.

• Care Pack Certificate – Issued electronically within 2–3 working days after validation.

• Service Provider – Warranty service is provided directly by HP (the principal company).
