• Onsite Support – Customers can raise a request by calling HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. An HP engineer will visit for NBD onsite service.

• Exclusions – Not covered under this Care Pack:

  • External accessories like monitor, adapter, or battery.

  • Cosmetic damages, wear and tear.

  • Issues caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

  • Software-related problems, malware, or conflicts from non-HP products.

• Care Pack Certificate – Delivered electronically within 2–3 working days after activation.

• Service Provider – Warranty service provided directly by HP (the principal company).
