Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support Request:
   To avail of onsite support, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-free number 1800-258-7170. HP-certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

2. Warranty Coverage:

   • Covers all hardware parts of the laptop.

   • Excludes battery, adapter, and external monitor.

   • Physical damage is not covered unless accidental damage protection is separately purchased.

3. Service Validity:

   • You will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 days of order confirmation, validating your extended warranty.

   • The warranty extension is valid only when the device is under its base warranty.

4. Service & Support:

   • HP will provide reliable onsite support and repair using original HP parts.

   • Response time is Next Business Day, during standard workdays (9 hours per day).

5. Exclusions:
   HP’s service, support, and warranty do not cover claims arising from:

   • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or non-compliance with environmental conditions.

   • Unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance not performed by HP or HP-authorized partners.

   • Failure or limitations of non-HP software or products affecting HP systems.

   • Malware or viruses not introduced by HP.
