• Onsite Support – To raise a service request, call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will provide NBD onsite support.

• Coverage Includes – All eligible hardware parts under HP warranty.

• Exclusions – Not included in this plan:

  • External accessories (monitor, adapter, battery).

  • Cosmetic damages or normal wear and tear.

  • Issues caused by improper use, third-party repairs, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Software-related problems, malware, or conflicts from non-HP products.

• Care Pack Certificate – Delivered electronically within 2–3 working days after validation.

• Service Provider – Services are provided directly by HP (the principal company).
