Terms & Conditions

• Onsite Support – Customers can request onsite assistance by contacting the HP toll-free helpline at 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will be assigned to provide Next Business Day (NBD) onsite service.

• Warranty Coverage – The extended warranty covers all eligible hardware components included under the standard HP warranty.

• Not Covered – The warranty does not extend to:

  • External accessories such as battery, adapter, and monitor.

  • Cosmetic defects or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage or issues caused by improper usage, unauthorized service, or third-party modifications.

  • Software-related problems, malware infections, or conflicts from non-HP products.

• Care Pack Activation – The official HP Care Pack certificate will be issued within 2–3 working days of order validation.

• Service Provider – All warranty services and onsite repairs are delivered directly by HP (the principal company) to ensure quality and authenticity.
