• Onsite Support: To request service, call the HP toll-free number 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will visit your location to provide Next Business Day support.

• Warranty Coverage: Includes all eligible in-warranty hardware components of the EliteBook laptop.

• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover battery, adapter, external accessories, or physical damage (unless separately covered under HP Accidental Damage Protection).

• Care Pack Certificate: The official HP Care Pack certificate will be delivered within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Service Provider: All services and support will be provided directly by HP (the principal company).

• Warranty Limitations: The warranty does not apply to issues caused by:
