Terms and Conditions

1. Onsite Support

   • To avail onsite support, log a complaint at HP Service Toll-free 1800-258-7170.

   • HP-certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

2. Warranty Coverage

   • Covers all hardware parts except battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless Accidental Damage Protection is included).

   • With Accidental Damage Protection, coverage extends to all hardware parts and physical damage, excluding battery and adapter.

3. Care Pack Certificate

   • Customers will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 business days of order confirmation, validating the warranty extension.

4. Service Provider

   • Services will be provided by HP, ensuring professional support throughout the Care Pack duration.

5. Exclusions
   HP’s service and warranty commitments do not cover issues arising from:

   • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

   • Non-compliance with HP operational guidelines.

   • Unauthorized modifications or maintenance not performed by HP or its authorized partners.

   • Issues caused by non-HP software or products affecting HP-supported systems.

   • Malware or viruses not introduced by HP.
