To avail ON-SITE support, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-free number 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will visit your location to provide assistance. -
Warranty Coverage:

The warranty extension covers all hardware parts, except for the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless Accidental Damage Protection is included).

If Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) is included, the coverage extends to hardware parts and physical damage, excluding the battery and adapter.

You will receive an official Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 working days from the date of order confirmation, validating your warranty extension. -
