Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support Request:
   To avail onsite repair support, please log a service request through the HP Service Toll-Free Number: 1800-258-7170. HP-certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

2. Warranty Coverage:

   • The extended warranty covers all hardware components of the laptop.

   • Exclusions: Battery, adapter, and any physical damage are not covered unless specifically mentioned under accidental damage protection.

3. Service Scope:

   • The warranty extension is valid for laptops within the warranty period (in-warranty extension only).

   • Repairs will be performed onsite with genuine HP parts.

4. Care Pack Certificate:
   You will receive an HP Care Pack certificate within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation, validating your warranty extension.

5. Service Commitment:
   HP ensures Next Business Day (NBD) response time during standard business hours (9 hours/day, 5 days/week).

6. Exclusions & Limitations:
   HP’s service, support, and warranty commitments do not cover claims arising from:
