• Onsite Support: To request service, call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will provide onsite support under Next Business Day service.

• Coverage Includes: Accidental damage (spills, drops, surges, cracked screens) and standard hardware failures.

• Exclusions: This Care Pack does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear.

  • Loss or theft of the device.

  • Intentional or improper use damage.

  • Battery, adapter, or external accessories.

  • Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications.

• Care Pack Certificate: Official HP Care Pack certificate issued within 2–3 working days after purchase confirmation.

• Service Provider: Warranty services are directly provided by HP (the principal company).

• Warranty Limitations: No coverage for issues caused by non-HP products, malware, or software conflicts.
