Warranty Update

• The extended warranty will be updated on the Lenovo Portal within 5–7 business days after activation.

• No physical documents are required; all warranty records are maintained digitally.

Direct Lenovo Support

• All services and support are provided directly by Lenovo, ensuring authenticity and professional assistance.

• This is an original Lenovo warranty, valid under Lenovo’s official service network.

Coverage

• Includes Next Business Day (NBD) onsite service, parts, and labor for eligible hardware components.

• Excludes battery, physical damage, and accidental damage, unless covered under a separate ADP plan.

Eligibility

• Applicable within the warranty period or within 6 months after the warranty has expired.

• An HCR Report (Health Checkup Report) may be required for warranty extension approval.
