To get Onsite Support, please call the HP Service Toll-free number 1800-258-7170. An HP engineer will visit your location to provide help.

The warranty extension covers all hardware parts, except the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless you have accidental damage protection).

If accidental damage protection is included, the warranty covers hardware parts and physical damage, but still excludes the battery and adapter.

You will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 days of order confirmation, which confirms your warranty extension.

All services will be provided by HP, ensuring trusted and reliable support.
Exclusions – HP’s warranty does not cover issues caused by:

Improper use, poor setup, unsuitable environmental conditions, or not following HP guidelines.

Unauthorized changes, incorrect maintenance, or repairs not done by HP or an HP-authorized service provider.

Problems caused by non-HP software or products that affect your HP system.
