Terms and Conditions

1. Pickup and Return Service

   • To request Pickup and Return service, contact HP Service Toll-free 1800-258-7170.

   • HP will arrange for the collection of your printer, perform necessary repairs, and return it after servicing.

2. Warranty Coverage

   • Covers all hardware parts except the battery, adapter, and physical damage.

3. Care Pack Certificate

   • Customers will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

   • This certificate serves as proof of your extended warranty and pickup/return service.

4. Service Provider

   • Services are provided by HP, ensuring professional repairs and returns for your printer.

5. Exclusions
   HP’s service and warranty commitments do not cover:

   • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
