    To avail onsite support, call the HP Service Toll-free number: 1800 258 7170. Skilled HP engineers will visit your location for assistance.

  2. Warranty Coverage:

    • Covers all hardware parts, except the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless Accidental Damage Protection is included).

    • With Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), coverage includes all hardware parts and physical damage, excluding battery and adapter.

  3. Care Pack Certificate:
    You will receive an HP Care Pack certificate within 2–3 days of order confirmation, validating your warranty extension.

  4. Exclusions:
    HP’s service, support, and warranty do not cover claims caused by:

    • Improper use, inadequate setup, environmental conditions, or non-compliance with guidelines.

    • Unauthorized modifications or maintenance not performed or approved by HP.

    • Failures caused by non-HP software or hardware affecting HP-supported systems.

    • Malware (viruses, worms, etc.) not introduced by HP.
