Terms and Conditions

1. To get onsite support, call the HP Service Toll-free number: 1800 258 7170. HP engineers will visit your location for assistance.

2. The warranty extension covers all hardware parts, except the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless Accidental Damage Protection is included).

3. With Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), coverage includes all hardware parts and physical damage, except the battery and adapter.

4. You will receive an HP Care Pack certificate within 2–3 days after order confirmation, confirming your warranty extension.

5. HP provides all services, ensuring reliable support and assistance.

6. Warranty does not cover claims caused by:

   • Improper use or setup, environmental issues, or non-compliance with guidelines.

   • Unauthorized modifications or maintenance not done by HP or approved personnel.

   • Failures caused by non-HP software or hardware affecting HP-supported systems.

   • Malware (viruses, worms, etc.) not introduced by HP.
