• Onsite Support – Customers must call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170 to log a service request. An HP-certified engineer will provide NBD onsite support.

• Coverage Includes – All eligible hardware parts of the Envy and Omen desktops.

• Exclusions – Not covered under this Care Pack:

  • External accessories (monitor, adapter, battery).

  • Cosmetic damages or normal wear and tear.

  • Issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or third-party repairs.

  • Software-related issues, malware, or conflicts from non-HP products.

• Care Pack Certificate – Delivered electronically within 2–3 working days after purchase validation.

• Service Provider – Warranty services provided directly by HP (the principal company).
