  • Warranty Coverage: Includes all in-warranty hardware components of the covered printer.

  • Defective Media Retention (DMR): Customers retain defective storage devices (e.g., hard drives), ensuring data security during replacements.

  • Exclusions:

    • External accessories (toner, drum units, power cables, etc.)

    • Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear

    • Issues from improper use, third-party modifications, or unauthorized repairs

    • Software-related issues, malware, or non-HP products interfering with performance
