• How to Access Onsite Support: To get onsite support, call the HP Service Toll-free number 18002587170. Our skilled engineers will visit your location to assist you.

• What’s Covered: The warranty extension covers all hardware parts except for the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless accidental damage protection is included).

• Accidental Damage Protection: If you have accidental damage protection, it covers all hardware parts and physical damage, except the battery and adapter.

• Certificate of Care Pack: After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive your Care Pack certificate from HP within 2 to 3 days.

• Payment: Full payment for the warranty extension is required in advance. Please make the payment in favor of ARM Infoserve India Pvt. Ltd..

• Service Provider: HP will provide reliable services, ensuring all support and assistance.
