• Onsite Support: To avail service, customers must call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. Engineers will visit your location for repairs.

• Warranty Coverage: Covers all in-warranty hardware parts of the HP Laser 100x and 11xx MFP printers.

• Exclusions: Coverage does not include toners, cartridges, external accessories, or physical damage (unless separately covered under HP Accidental Damage Protection).

• Care Pack Certificate: The official HP Care Pack certificate will be provided within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Service Provider: All services are delivered by HP (the principal company).

• Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not cover:

  • Issues caused by mishandling, improper setup, or misuse.

  • Unauthorized modifications, non-HP repairs, or use of non-HP supplies.

  • Software or third-party product issues.
