  1. Onsite Support
    To avail onsite support, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-Free Number 1800-258-7170. HP-certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

  2. Warranty Extension Coverage

    • The warranty extension covers all hardware parts except the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless accidental damage protection is included).

    • If Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) is included, the warranty also covers physical damage, excluding the battery and adapter.

  3. Care Pack Certificate
    You will receive an official HP Care Pack Certificate within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation, validating your extended warranty.

  4. Service Provider
    All services will be delivered directly by HP, ensuring reliable support and assistance.

  5. Exclusions
    HP’s service, support, and warranty commitments do not cover:

    • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or non-compliance with HP guidelines.

    • Unauthorized modifications or improper maintenance not performed or approved by HP.

    • Failures or limitations caused by non-HP software or third-party products.

    • Malware or viruses not introduced by HP.
