• What’s Covered: The warranty extension covers all hardware parts except the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless you have Accidental Damage Protection).

• Accidental Damage Protection: If you have this protection, it covers all hardware parts and physical damage, except the battery and adapter.

• Certificate of Care Pack: You will receive a certificate within 2 to 3 days after ordering, confirming your warranty extension.

• HP Services: HP will provide reliable service and support for your warranty extension.

What’s Not Covered:

• Improper Use: Issues caused by misuse, poor site conditions, or not following guidelines.

• Unauthorized Changes: Problems caused by changes or repairs made by anyone other than HP or authorized partners.
