Terms & Conditions 

1. To avail Onsite Support, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-free number 1800-258-7170. HP certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

2. This Care Pack extends the standard 1-year warranty to a total of 3 years onsite coverage with Accidental Damage Protection (ADP).

3. Coverage includes all hardware parts and protection against accidental damage (such as drops, spills, or electrical surges), except the battery, adapter, and external accessories.

4. You will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 days of order confirmation, validating your extended warranty.

5. Services will be provided directly by HP, ensuring genuine parts and reliable support.

6. HP’s warranty does not cover issues caused by:

   • Improper use or environmental conditions.

   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

   • Non-HP software or third-party products.

   • Malware or viruses not introduced by HP.

7. This warranty is valid only in India and as per HP’s official service policies.
