Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support Request:
   To avail onsite support, please contact HP Service at the toll-free number 1800-258-7170. HP’s certified engineers will visit your location to provide assistance.

2. Warranty Coverage:

   • The warranty covers all internal hardware parts.

   • Battery and adapter are excluded from coverage.

   • In the case of Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), coverage extends to accidental physical damage such as drops, spills, and surges, except for the battery and adapter.

3. Care Pack Certificate:
   Customers will receive an official HP Care Pack certificate within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, validating the warranty extension.

4. Service Provider:
   HP, as the principal company, will deliver all support and services, ensuring reliable assistance and the use of genuine parts.

5. Exclusions:
   HP’s service, support, and warranty commitments do not cover issues arising from:

   • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or unsuitable environmental conditions.

   • Unauthorized modifications or improper system maintenance not performed or approved by HP.

   • Failure or limitations caused by non-HP software or third-party products.

   • Malware, viruses, or malicious software not introduced by HP.
