Terms & Conditions

• Onsite Support: To request service, call HP toll-free at 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will visit your location for support.

• Coverage Includes: Accidental damage from spills, drops, power surges, and cracked screens, along with standard hardware failures.

• Exclusions: Does not cover cosmetic damage, theft or loss, intentional damage, accessories (adapter, battery, external devices), or damage from unauthorized repairs.

• Care Pack Certificate: Customers receive the official HP Care Pack certificate within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Service Provider: Services are delivered directly by HP (the principal company).

• Warranty Limitations: Coverage will not apply in cases of:

  • Improper handling, misuse, or intentional damage.

  • Unauthorized modifications or non-HP repairs.

  • Issues caused by third-party software or accessories.

  • Viruses or malware not introduced by HP.
