1. Pickup and Return Service

   • To avail Pickup and Return service, please contact HP Service Toll-free 1800-258-7170.

   • HP will arrange collection of your printer, perform the required repairs at an authorized service center, and return the unit once complete.

2. Warranty Coverage

   • Covers all hardware parts except the battery, adapter, and physical damage.

3. Care Pack Certificate

   • Customers will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

   • This certificate serves as proof of extended warranty coverage.

4. Service Provider

   • Services are provided directly by HP, ensuring reliable, professional support.

5. Exclusions
   HP’s service and warranty commitments do not cover:

   • Improper use, inadequate site preparation, or unsuitable environmental conditions.
