Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support: To get onsite service, please call the HP toll-free number 1800-258-7170. HP engineers will visit your location for assistance.

2. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers all hardware parts of the desktop.

   • Excludes: External monitor, battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless covered under accidental damage protection).

3. Care Pack Certificate: You will receive the official HP Care Pack certificate within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

4. Service Provider: HP (the principal company) will provide all services and support under this warranty extension.

5. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

   • Improper use or setup

   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

   • Problems due to non-HP products or software

   • Malware or viruses not introduced by HP
