Terms & Conditions

1. Onsite Support:
   To avail onsite support, please log a complaint at the HP Service Toll-free number 1800-258-7170. An HP-certified engineer will visit your location for service.

2. Warranty Coverage:

   • The warranty covers all internal hardware parts of the laptop.

   • The battery and adapter are not covered.

   • Physical damage is covered only under ADP (Accidental Damage Protection).

3. Accidental Damage Protection (ADP):

   • Provides protection against accidental drops, spills, and electrical surges.

   • Limited to 2 claims during the coverage period.

   • Cosmetic damages and intentional misuse are not covered.

4. Care Pack Certificate:
   You will receive an official HP Care Pack Certificate within 2-3 days of order confirmation, validating your warranty extension.

5. Service Commitment:
   HP will provide next business day onsite repair service during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 hours/day).

6. Exclusions:
   HP’s warranty and support do not cover claims arising from:

   • Improper use, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow HP’s operating guidelines.

   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by non-HP technicians.

   • Issues caused by non-HP software or accessories.

   • Malware, viruses, or external threats not introduced by HP.

7. Service Provider:
   Services are provided by HP India, ensuring reliable and expert support.
