• How to Access Onsite Support: To get onsite support, please call the HP Service Toll-free number 18002587170. After logging your complaint, an HP engineer will visit your location to assist with the issue.

• Coverage: The warranty extension covers all hardware parts, except for the battery, adapter, and physical damage (unless accidental damage protection is included). If you have Accidental Damage Protection (ADP), it covers hardware and physical damage, excluding the battery and adapter.

• Care Pack Certificate: After your order is confirmed, you will receive a Care Pack certificate from HP within 2 to 3 days, validating your warranty extension.

• Service Provider: HP will provide services, ensuring reliable support and assistance throughout the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered:

• Improper Use: Claims arising from improper use, poor site preparation, environmental conditions, or failure to follow applicable guidelines.

• Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or maintenance done by anyone other than HP or its authorized service providers.

• Non-HP Software: Issues caused by non-HP software or products that interfere with the system receiving HP support.
